Rebirth

I'm still in the process of setting up my computer. I haven't been as stressed out as in the past. Apparently, after 5+ years and 4+ systems meltdowns I'm starting to get used to the whole process of rebuilding from scratch. Still, it would be nice if I could plan these computer deaths, instead of just accidentally encountering them.

All I have to say is Thank God For EXTERNAL HARDDRIVES! I'm actually planning on keeping all of my files on one now, which is what I was doing before the crash because my internal harddrive is too small.

Of course now that I've praised external harddrives mine will crash and burn and I will subsequently loose the last 10 years of my digital life.

But that's what you have a backup drive...and another one...and soon, I'll probably get a third backup drive...just because I'm that paranoid!
